I think this program could be for anyone because no matter how seasoned you are in your career, there’s always an opportunity to learn and reflect on your experiences.
This can apply to anyone; it was great for me to reflect. Anyone can benefit from this.
There’s an actual strategy and educational value behind finding mentorship.
I probably would have ended up in a different, better position if I had done this course first, understanding what I’m worth rather than settling.
Dave Aron was able to provide great insight, mentorship, and direction.
I really like the lesson where we were pushed to answer what we’re good at and not good at, and accepting those things… it was uplifting to me, to see how other people see the value in that.
I wanted to take action, so this was a huge thing, to push me, get me going.
It really didn’t take much time and I enjoyed the courses and videos.
Mentorvention helped me gain clarity on the next steps to take when building a career and changing my life.
Self-analyzing was really hard for me but with practice, it all came together.
Although I’m willing to just go up to a person I look up to and ask them to guide me, I really learned a lot from the lessons. I got to know myself more and it gave me more confidence to say ‘this is what I want.’
Really think about what your strengths are, sort through, and see how they add value to who you are and have gotten you to where you are.
When I was starting out, if I had this kind of information, it would have been much more enlightening to me in terms of a career path and deciding what I wanted to do.
It’s perfect for somebody who’s young and just starting out… and for people going back into the workforce.
Whether you’re introverted or extroverted, the activities all build confidence… it makes you more successful.
It reinforced that you have something to bring and you can actually provide a lot to people, don’t be afraid to express that.
The program helped me gain a deeper understanding of myself and improve my confidence when working with others.
The lessons are helpful, fun, creative, and don’t take too much time to complete.
It was a low-pressure pace; you could pick your own route and I appreciate that.
For introverted people, this is something that can help them, give them confidence to ask those questions, seek out mentorship.
I felt lucky to be part of the Mentorvention program because it helps me grow.
This helped me internalize what I can bring to the table, and what I could bring my customers that others couldn’t.
It allowed me to really realize what I want and what I need in a mentor, what I want them to provide for me.
