Face Front! Friday!

Let’s show everyone how we’re celebrating the end of the week!

Post an image (you or a passable proxy) that shows how you’re feeling on this fine Friday.

Me?

I’m thinking I should explain what Mentorvention means.

After all, this is our 600th consecutive weekday post together. And after each article (and often, alliteratively), I refer you back to my Mentorvention blog so you can learn more… or continue to procrastinate in a useful and productive way.

Mentorvention is a mentoring intervention. It’s mentoring that you need, even if you didn’t realize it. It comes from a place of generosity, even if you only just met your benefactor or don’t know them at all.

It’s important. It’s easy to give but can be hard to ask for.

It can mean that somebody can achieve more than they ever imagined or never imagined.

Mine happened in 2005 (as did this picture of me).

How about you? Have you experienced a mentoring intervention?

Or are you willing to share a picture of yourself from the turn of the century?

Have a great weekend.

See you Monday!
