My friends Julie and Jimmy have a wonderful podcast called AugMentors, and our conversation just went live today.
We had a fun and free-wheeling conversation about #mentoring. We explored the INFUSE framework that I’m developing (and looking forward to sharing this October at the #UNM Mentoring Institute conference).
We covered a lot of ground, including the different needs that mentoring relationships can fulfill. We also looked at my Two Crescent Comfort Zone, and cases when it may be safer to step out of your #comfort zone (and into the safe zone) than to stay nestled inside of it (trapped in the deception zone).
