Well you might be happy or possibly stunned to know that I’m exercising! Regularly! With a trainer!

We find a way to make it as much fun as possible, as I join my wife and daughters (one via video) twice a week to have the fat knocked out of me.

It’s not easy. I’m out of shape and last night’s workout left me reeling.

So I asked my coach what I could do… drink more water? Yes. Eat better? Of course.

Her reply: exercise in-between. Not just when we meet. Keep moving. Every day.

It’s those every day in-betweens that can make the difference.

For our health and for so much more.
