Your Comfort Zone and the Two Crescents (part 1)

How do you define your comfort zone?

Your comfort zone: You know that phrase, we hear it all the time, usually preceded by “you’ve got to step out of…”. And what does that mean?

I’d like to share the idea of growing your comfort zone and making it bigger.

Here’s where the idea of the two crescents comes in.

First, let’s start with a circle… that’s your comfort zone.

That circle is filled with what you do every day. What you’re good at. What makes you comfortable. If you stay in your comfort zone, it can become like a merry-go-round. A nice gentle pace, some pleasant music, and you may find yourself moving around but not moving forward.
