Return of the Invincible Summer

My friends, today, on my 61st birthday, I find myself returning to one of my favorite messages from Albert Camus:

“In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.”

The past few weeks away from you have reminded me how essential it is to pause, reset, and reconnect with my inner resilience.

At 61, I’m more convinced than ever that our strength comes not just from our accomplishments, but from the stories we carry… that we own. And the mentors who help us understand them and share them.

That’s what I’ll continue sharing here and through You Own Your Origin Story and Mentorvention Educational Services: ways to discover your own “invincible summer” and bring it forward in your work and life.
