Face Front! Friday! Who’s Your Yinsen?

Do you have a Yinsen in your life?

Dr. Ho Yinsen is a fictional character, the one who saved Tony Stark (aka Iron Man) in 2008’s Iron Man movie. A minor character with a major contribution. I think that makes him a major character.

It was Yinsen’s skill and strength that saved Stark’s life and helped build the first Iron Man suit of armor.

No spoilers (I think 17 years is long enough, though), but we didn’t hear much from or about Yinsen again.

But I think Tony remembers.

I mean remembered. Again, no spoilers, but with all these timelines and multiple universes… comic books and comic book movies can get confusing.

A few Yinsens that I remember gave of themselves to help save me and push me forward.

Take a moment and think about it: What part of your own story started with a shock or setback, but led to resourcefulness, creativity, and growth?

How about you? Give a shout out below or just remember what your Yinsen give to you.

Thanks Rick, Keith, Geoff, Tim… and so many more.
