Ask yourself: What would your future self tell you right now if you could ask them?

Here’s the truth: If something affects your work or growth, YOU need to address it. Not your manager. Not HR. You.

You might need help, but it starts with you.

You weren’t hired to be a passenger in your career. You were hired to drive impact.
